Wedding Planning at it's Finest..

Okay, so you know how there are those girls who have been planning their wedding since they were seven years old? Yeah, that was NOT me. Not there's anything wrong with that! Because they were smart for that. Its a tad bit stressful to plan a wedding in 30 days....

    Just a
      TAD.
    BIT.
  Stressful!!

             Haha...
Anywho, even though it's run run run all the time and get this, fix that, find those, plan this, finish everything! I'm surviving and it is fun :). however, I'm starting to understand why people hire wedding planners haha! That would be an awesome help right now haha! I'm just ready to be married to my love :). He has been so helpful and great during this whole thing WHILE working full-time. He's so amazing!

Things that we've gotten done:
-Temple and building scheduled
-Honeymoon is ready to go
-James' suit and everything is ready
-Caterer scheduled
-Flowers and bouquet ordered
-Music DJ person scheduled
-Wedding registry done
-Invitations sent!

Things that still need to be done:
-Photographer
-Make playlist
-Marriage License
-CAKE
-And find.....THE DRESS!

It is super difficult to find a wedding dress that is modest...IN OKLAHOMA! It sucks but I'm trying to stay positive and I'm on the search like everyday haha! I bet I'll find a million after the wedding haha! Well here's the progress of the wedding planning in my hectic, but very happy life :).

POP the Question [?]

AHHHHH!
YES! A million times....YES!

The man of my dreams asked me to be his wife for eternity! I--of course--said YES!!!

It was just this past Saturday, I was getting in the car on thinking I was going to pick up James and we're going to hang out. Then he sent me a text saying, "before you leave, check the back of the passenger seat and read the note."

So there was an envelope and this is what it said:
I was like, WHAT?! I got so excited!!! It was awesome! So I went to get my sister, Sierra and I ended up going on this scavenger hunt all over the city haha! And there was a note at each place I went to with a clue leading me to the next destination :). I went to the place we first met, then the movie theater where we had our first date, then off to the place where he asked me to be his girlfriend, the baseball stadium (our longest date haha), then the church Stake center where he got baptized, and then my last destination was the temple. And when I got to the temple, he was there waiting for me. And that's where he asked me! It was so cute! Anyway, so now I'm engaged! And I LOVE it!!!

Let Me Take a Moment

There are moments.

DEFINING MOMENTS.

Moments  of  change.

You know. The ones that change your perspective, your mood, or maybe even your whole life.

Those kinds of  moments.
If you catch my drift.

There's a quote that I love:

"Moments are the molecules that make up eternity." -Neal A. Maxwell

So true.

Which moments matter most? Which moments will help us see the big picture? When will WE start making the most of our moments? What does it take? Will our moments motivate us or will they manipulate us?

How long does "a moment" last?

Maybe too long, maybe not long enough..

WE would do well to move when out moments prompt us to do so.
Slow down and remember which moments matter most.

Spring is HERE!

The past days have been great! They include hanging out with the cousins and going to the Spring Festival! With water fun, petting pin, and jungle gym! And being with my boy :).

And new Ward boundaries with some good 'ol friends!
Things have been wonderful :).

What's going on? Haha!

Where has the time gone?! It's almost hard to keep up with it haha! Well, this Easter weekend was AMAZING! Filled with family, food, fun and GENERAL CONFERENCE!!! I LOVE GEVERAL CONFERENCE! So many inspiring words from leaders! I could feel the Spirit and got a lot of answers to questions and prayers! Check it out!

It has been amazing having James home! We love spending time together. Part of me thought it would be weird since I haven't seen him in two years, but that was not the case! It was like he had never left. But it was also like he had left. Because he is different. In a good way. More mature, more patient and understanding, he has a greater love for Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and a greater desire to follow Them. Those characteristic only make me fall more in love with him :).
So it has been great having him home :), We even read scriptures together and sometimes date night includes a trip to the temple :). I love that!

Although, things could be a little easier haha! Mainly in the "$$" category... But that's life. That's MY life. I'm kind of used to it HAHA! So I'm pretty much a pro at it haha! I'm trying not to stress over it, but it'll work out. It always does. I just look at all the blessings that I do have! And I am so grateful! :)

But any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ;).

I also got to see my mommy and big sister today! Miss them.
